Studio A is our premier sound stage. Ideal for film shoots, concerts, and immersive activations. With black walls, exposed wood beams, and flexible lighting, it’s a perfect blank canvas with bold character.
Studio B – 6,800 sq ft
Rate: $3,500/day (10 hours)
Two-Level Mezzanine | Industrial Vibe
Studio B features warm-toned walls and a built-in mezzanine. Great for creative builds, pop-ups, or multi-tiered experiences. Natural light, open flow, and full adaptability.
Studio C – 7,800 sq ft
Rate: $5,000/day (10 hours)
Concrete Walls | Minimalist Industrial
Raw, textured, and wide open. Studio C is made for creative control. Use the concrete shell to build your own vibe, whether you’re filming, showcasing, or transforming the space into something new.
